Description
The Republic of Ambazonia came into existence in 1984 taking advantage of President Biya’s constitutional plot to wipeout Southern Cameroons from history. Unfortunately this constitutional maneuver called RESTORATION LAW 84/001 became the basis of the EXECUTIVE MANDATE that restored the state of Ambazonia.
The GREAT LIE that the fake unitary state has now matured into a one indivisible state, but for the timely intervention from AMBAZONIA would have passed as TRUTH.
In a 1985 pamphlet, called THE NEW SOCIAL ORDER, Fon Gorji-Dinka argued that the Restoration Decree has rendered the confederation extinct. That Ambazonia and Cameroon are free to now return to their pre-confederation state. That for any relationship to again exist between these sovereignties fresh negotiations must be conducted as per UN Res. 1608 (XV). True to the anti-democratic nature of Cameroon, it became OPEN SEASON on Ambazonians freedom.
In the Cameroonian MILITARY TRIBUNAL, Fon Fongum Gorji-Dinka was accused of treason for obeying the law which demanded the automatic restoration of the Republic of Ambazonia {formerly, the Southern Cameroons}.
But miraculously the MT under GENERAL PIERRE SEMENGUE (a francophone) acquitted him and instead recommended that Cameroon’s Parliament renegotiate the confederation as per the Ambazonian New SOCIAL ORDER. Since then nothing has happened, except more oppressions on AMBAZONIANS.
Gorji-Dinka was forced to flee the country in 1986. In 1990 the Proclamation of the Republic of Ambazonia was tabled at the United Nation.
In 1992, Ambazonia secured evidence of JUDICIAL MANDATE from the Cameroonian High Court in the Bamenda judgment, HCB28/92, which called on Cameroon to vacate Ambazonia territory for having failed to demonstrate how they acquired Ambazonia.

Introduction:
This paper was prepared in 2006 at the request of Rev. Father Eric AKUE-GOEH, a Jesuit missionary
from the Republic of Benin, and assistant parish priest of the Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish,
Bonamoussadi, Douala, who was fascinated by the Anglophone problem, and invited me to make
a presentation of the problem to the Anglophone Community in the parish, but had to be aborted
because of strong objections from some of the Anglophone parishioners who felt that the presentation
would be introducing politics into the Church. This is another dimension of the Anglophone Problem –
the Anglophone up against himself / herself !
